New York Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2019 had KITH and Versace show a glimpse of their new collaboration with a collection showcased by Bella Hadid and Lucky Blue Smith.

Bella, no stranger to Versace delivered striking pose after pose in each photo wearing various pieces with vibrant bold colors and pattern. Supermodel Hadid made her debut appearance in 2016 for Versace’s SS16 and ever since, there’s been a long standing runway relationship between the 22 year old model and Versace.

The campaign captured by Australian based photographer Pierre Toussaint in the bold prints and lush colors of the collection. The campaign shoot had Mary Phillips on make-up, Celebrity hairstylist Jen Atkin on hair, and styled by Clare Bryne to give the complete avant-garde style Versace is known for. Marking as a first collaboration with high-end luxury fashion house -Versace, Ronnie Fieg of KITH revealed his intentions to partner with four other fashion businesses this year of which Versace is one.

For the KITH x Versace collaboration, the iconic Versace Medusa head logo was remodeled to incorporate the KITH logo into the design. The collaboration sees KITH reimagining classic Versace elements across more than 100 fashion items such as apparels, shoes and other accessories. All pieces of the collection were manufactured in Italy, to which KITH handled design elements, while Versace worked on the selection and every other process that had to do with fabrics. For shoes, both brands decided on Versace’s Amico trainer, and modified the design to a bold yet simplistic feel of bold lettered patterns of the both brand names. The shoes – available in 5 different variations offer a low-top as well as mid-top design.

Founder of KITH, Ronnie Fieg expressed his desire to work with his favorite iconic establishments around New York City as well as invite people to enjoy the best of the city through the lens of Kith x Versace. Sadelle’s restaurant was the first location to enjoy KITH x Versace experience, where lox wrap, server’s uniform and menus of the restaurant receives a redesign. This experience took its bow on February 10th. Cha Cha Matcha (Ronnie’s daily go-to) was the second establishment to enjoy KITH x Versace experience, on 15th of February.
