Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are reportedly set to split their combined wealth of $2.1billion (£1.5billion) in their divorce, as long as Kanye doesn’t go on any Twitter rants.
Keeping Up With The Kardashians star Kim, 40, and Gold Digger rapper Kanye, 43, are understood to have signed a prenuptial agreement before they wed in 2014. The agreement means their separate business and huge earnings are protected in the event of a split. The high-profile couple, often known by the portmanteau “Kimye”, began dating in 2012, had their first child in 2013, and married in May 2014 in a lavish ceremony at a 16th-century fortress in Florence.
But they had reportedly been living separate lives for months, as West struggled publicly with his mental health. In July, after West posted a series of rambling, erratic tweets and launched an outlandish presidential campaign, Kardashian pleaded for compassion toward West’s bipolar disorder.
